Personal Care Assistant
Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities for seniors in their homes. You will help clients maintain dignity, comfort, and independence while building genuine relationships with the families we serve.
The Role
What you'll do
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support safe mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate care notes
- Communicate with family members and care coordinators
Requirements
What we're looking for
- CNA or PCA certification preferred
- 1+ year of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background screening and reference checks
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable character
